• We accept major payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD for selected areas).

• In case of payment failure or fraudulent activity, the order will be cancelled automatically.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days.

• Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service.

• JungleCraze is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.

• Used or opened toys cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
